About two years ago two of E and I's closest friends packed up their entire lives and moved to Tanzania, Africa. During their time there, they have been educating college age students and teaching English. Above those two callings, they have been obedient and shared the love of God to those in East Africa.
Last night, E and I met them at the airport as their two year journey came to an end. Their flight came in around 10:30 pm- way past my bedtime. {disclaimer} I have become quit the old lady in the past couple of years, or at least I try to be!
During their time in Tanzania, they had their first child, Sawyer.
Sawyer is a true African-American baby
He was born in Nairobi, Kenya
He can never run for President
Here he is...
They have kept a blog of their adventures. Here are some of my favorite pictures from their blog.
precious
just like the lion king
elephant crossing
safety hazard
i'm not sure what this is.
although, i once saw a store in eastern, ky that specialized in knives, tanning, videos, and karate
I hope your life is quite an adventure.
Enjoy your weekend.
{As I mentioned yesterday, this afternoon I will be attending a "cat shower." I am very excited to post and let you all in on the details.}
