Happy Monday
I hope all of you had a fabulous weekend. Mine was very relaxing (with the exception of the unfortunate events).
On Friday, E and I attended a going away party for a close friend moving to South Carolina. Her and I have been close friends since my freshman year of h.s. & I am going to miss her dearly. Our friendship began as we shared in our misery from being placed in the FFA (that would be the "future farmers of America") homeroom.
Since the party was in her honor, per her request, I made my mother's famous pasta salad.
Here are the things you will need:
1/2 box tri-color rotini
5 oz. pepperoni, sliced
1 c. cauliflower, sliced
1 c. broccoli, sliced
1 c. Monterey Jack cheese, cubed
1 med. carrot, grated
1 c. Italian dressing
